Italian Home Cooking in Florence, Italy

Tuscany is at the heart of Italys rich culinary traditions, offering a diverse range of flavorsfrom fresh truffles and fine wines to handmade pasta and premium meats.

At FCAS, we provide an immersive, hands-on culinary experience with intimate home cooking classes held four days per week (approx. 4 hours per session). Classes take place in a traditional Italian private kitchen, accommodating small groups of up to eight participants, and conclude with a shared meal.

Each day, participants will have the opportunity to master 4 to 5 exquisite dishes, building a repertoire of approximately 65 delectable recipes each month.

Language is not a barrier, as all classes include complimentary English interpretation (Italian-to-English translation). All of our students are either native English speakers or proficient in English as a second language.

- Upon course completion, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
