Exterior room with double bed and private terrace in a newly renovated attic in the Gracia district! The apartment designs are bright, is newly renovated and very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and buses. The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, lock on the door, shoe rack and armchair; also has a private terrace very cool. The apartment has a common room with a TV, a full kitchen and a washing machine & dryer. Included in the price water, electricity, gas, high-speed Wi-Fi and cleaning service in the common areas once a week. You will love this room!

This room is designed for university students or young professionals for housing use due to studies or work. We only accept medium and long-term stays, with a minimum stay of 32 nights. In no case, we accept tourist stays. For stays longer than 32 nights and less than 2 months, tenants must make a security deposit of one month of rent which will be returned to the tenant at the end of their contract and a payment of €300 of management costs that is not returnable. For stays over 60 nights, tenants must make a security deposit of two months of rent that must be returned at the end of your stay minus a €300 in the concept of management expenses that is not returnable. We have some rooms that are conditioned for couples or for two friends if you are a couple or two friends ask us before booking. Payment of the Security Deposit and management fees must be made through a request for payment by this website at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the confirmation of the booking and in any case, must have been made before the delivery of keys and the effective check-in. To be able to make the contract, it is obligatory to provide a copy of the official identity document (DNI, Passport, NIE or others) in the following 48 hours immediately after the confirmation of the reservation and always before the delivery of the keys and effective check-in.

No excessive noises or parties are allowed at the apartment. Please have respect for other residents and the neighbors. The tenants must take care of the property of the house, respect the roommates, the employees and workers of the management company and the neighbors. Do not make excessive noises that may disturb and parties or meetings are not allowed. The consume, the use or mere possession of drugs or illegal substances in the home or the estate in which it is located is strictly prohibited. The tenant leases a strictly personal and non-transferable room with the right to use the common areas in a shared manner with the rest of the roommates and must allow access to the agents and workers of the management company at all times, to that they can do their cleaning, maintenance, periodic inventory and commercial inspections showing the flat and the rooms to potential new tenants.
