Pros: -Open book, sometimes internet usable, group, and/or take home quizzes.
Cons: -Hard quizzes; you actually need to study for them.
-Spent 4 hours per day doing notes for class, and even teamed up with a classmate to do the notes and still took a lot of time.
-Very picky about writing format and ambiguity, beware!
He has some sort of pain issue, which makes him cancels class or ends class time early at times.

Pros: NONE
Cons: Grades hard
Arrogant

Useless class-don't expect to learn anything.
Worst professor on the face of the earth. Grades everything way too harshly. Requires you to do synopses of every reading where you have to sum up a 50+ page reading into one sentence and formatting is everything. Demands we use APA format yet makes his own modifications to the formatting guidelines as he sees fit. You can't win. He obviously takes pride in the fact that his class is so hard that students are failing it. Just avoid this professor at all costs. This class will absolutely kill your GPA.

Pros: get to use notes on quizes! Everything on the quiz is from lecture or section (or the reading, but we usually go over the reading in section)
Cons: have to go to lecture everyday because there are pop quizzes and doesn't post slide online
easy class take it!

Pros: None really. I'm pretty much continuing with psych in spite of having taken his class. Horrible.
Cons: It's clear that he thinks he's really great, but I thought he was a really terrible teacher who overshared way too much unnecessary and off-topic personal information. I would recommend taking the class with another professor.
